Genesis

ExecuTrain of Dubai (www.executrain.ae) has been in corporate training since 1997. We have trained employees from best of breed, global organizations. We have trained several hard-working, ambitious individuals who wanted to make a difference in their career.

While working with these corporates and individuals, we faced two questions for which we had no answer:

1. How do know how much I know?
  • a.Know as of now?
  • b.Know before the training?
  • c.Know after the training?
2. How much do I need to know to achieve a particular professional goal / get a particular job? And, where do I stand today against that Benchmark?

Our genesis lies in our quest for answers to these questions!
